Pickup from Delhi/Chandigarh and drive to Shimla. Enjoy scenic views of the Shivalik Hills and pine forests en route. On arrival, check into the hotel and relax.
After breakfast, explore Kufri (famous for snow and adventure activities), Jakhoo Temple, Christ Church, and the Ridge. Stroll along Mall Road for shopping and local food. Overnight stay in Shimla.

- All our packages are customizable to meet the specific preferences of our guests, except for Fixed Departure tours.
- Written Communication:
- To ensure clarity and transparency, we request guests to confirm all discussions, requests, and modifications in writing. Verbal communications will not be considered valid.
- Package Flexibility:
- Packages can be tailored to include or exclude certain services based on the guest’s requirements, subject to feasibility.
- Alterations by the Company:
- The Company reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary or services in cases of unforeseen circumstances. These may include but are not limited to:
- Acts of nature (e.g., landslides, floods, or other natural calamities).
- Technical issues, service disruptions, or operational challenges.
- Changes in government policies or regulations.
- Any other situation beyond the Company’s control.
- The Company reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary or services in cases of unforeseen circumstances. These may include but are not limited to:
- Liability:
The Company is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage caused by unforeseen events, including weather conditions, transportation issues, or third-party service failures.
- Guest Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process and for adhering to the provided itinerary and guidelines during the tour.
- Guest Behaviour:
In case, clients are suspected of indulging in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Northland Destinations will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds. - Emergency Support:
Our team will strive to provide assistance during emergencies; however, certain delays or constraints may occur in exceptional situations.
Cancellation Policy
- Written Communication:
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or official channels. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
- Non-Refundable Token Amount:
- The token amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Cancellation Charges:
- Cancellations made 15 days or more before the travel date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% to 50% of the total tour package cost, depending on the proximity to the travel date and specific vendor policies.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of the travel date, or in case of No Show, will result in 100% retention charges, meaning no refund will be provided.
- Missed/Unused Services:
- No refunds will be provided for any missed, unused, or unutilized services, including but not limited to flights, trains, hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits, or any other services included in the package.
- Cancellation Due to Insufficient Advance:
- Northland Destinations reserves the right to cancel the booking if the required advance payment (minimum 50% of the total package cost) is not received within the stipulated time frame.
- Refund Processing:
- Any eligible refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 working days from the cancellation date. Refunds will only be made to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
- Changes to Package After Confirmation:
- Any changes to the confirmed itinerary after booking may attract additional charges, and any refunds will be subject to the cancellation policy stated above.
- Force Majeure:
- In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or any unforeseen situations beyond the control of Northland Destinations, cancellations or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, following the applicable vendor or third-party policies.
