Package Cancellation Policy

1. Written Communication:
   • All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or official channels. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Non-Refundable Token Amount:
   • The token amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Cancellation Charges:
   • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the travel date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% to 50% of the total tour package cost, depending on the proximity to the travel date and specific vendor policies.
   • Cancellations made within 15 days of the travel date, or in case of No Show, will result in 100% retention charges, meaning no refund will be provided.
4. Missed/Unused Services:
   • No refunds will be provided for any missed, unused, or unutilized services, including but not limited to flights, trains, hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits, or any other services included in the package.
5. Cancellation Due to Insufficient Advance:
   • Northland Destinations reserves the right to cancel the booking if the required advance payment (minimum 50% of the total package cost) is not received within the stipulated time frame.
6. Refund Processing:
   • Any eligible refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 working days from the cancellation date. Refunds will only be made to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
7. Changes to Package After Confirmation:
   • Any changes to the confirmed itinerary after booking may attract additional charges, and any refunds will be subject to the cancellation policy stated above.
8. Force Majeure:
   • In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or any unforeseen situations beyond the control of Northland Destinations, cancellations or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, following the applicable vendor or third-party policies.
